Piercing Heart è stato eseguito due volte con musica dal vivo di Bill Horist allo Shimmer: Seattle Summer Butoh Festival, nella Chapel di Seattle nel 2023, in un festival di musica sperimentale a Vienna con i musicisti Florian Feit e Christoph Punzmann lo stesso anno e, più di recente, all’Asian Improv aRts Midwest di Chicago nel febbraio 2025.

Piercing Heart was performed twice with live music by Bill Horist at Shimmer: Seattle Summer Butoh Festival, at the Chapel venue in Seattle in 2023, at an experimental music festival in Vienna with musicians Florian Feit and Christoph Punzmann the same year and, most recently, at Asian Improv aRts Midwest in Chicago in February 2025.
